How PesoCore Financial handles your personal data, under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
What we collect
What you type into a form: your name, birth date, mobile number, email, employer and income for an application, and your message for an inquiry. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies to follow you. The only thing this site stores in your browser is your light or dark theme choice, under the key pesocore-theme.
Why we collect it
To assess your application, answer your message, send a statement you asked for, and meet our duties as a lending company: the credit bureau, anti-money laundering rules and the SEC's reporting requirements.
Who sees it
Our loan officers and the staff who service your loan. With your consent, the Credit Information Corporation and accredited credit bureaus. Regulators when the law requires. Never advertisers, and never your phone contacts.
How long we keep it
An application that does not become a loan is kept for the period our retention policy sets and then disposed of. A loan's records are kept for as long as the law requires after it is paid.
Your rights
You may ask to see your data, correct it, object to its use, or have it deleted where the law allows. Send a privacy request from this page or write to our Data Protection Officer.
