How can we help?
Short answers to what borrowers ask most. Still stuck? Send us a message and a loan officer will reply.
Who can apply for a loan?
Filipino adults aged 18 and over with a regular income: employees for the salary and payroll loans, registered business owners for the business loan. Each product page lists exactly what it needs.
What documents are required?
Two valid government IDs and proof of income for most loans. The salary loan also needs a certificate of employment and post-dated checks; the business loan needs your business registration and bank statements. See the requirements page for each product.
How is loan eligibility assessed?
A loan officer reviews your income, your existing debts, your documents and a credit bureau report, and may call your employer. Approval is not guaranteed and is never automatic.
How does the loan calculator work?
It asks our lending system for the same computation your disclosure statement will use: the instalment, the interest, each fee deducted at release, the cash you receive and the effective interest rate, for the amount and term you choose.
What fees may apply?
Each product page lists its fees: usually a processing fee, a notarial fee and the documentary stamp tax the law requires. They are deducted from the loan at release, and the calculator shows each one in pesos.
How do repayments work?
You pay a fixed instalment on each due date: by post-dated check, by salary deduction through your employer, or at the branch, depending on your loan. Always ask for an official receipt.
Can I repay my loan early?
Yes. Ask your branch for a payoff quote. Your disclosure statement explains how early payment is computed, including any rebate of interest not yet earned and any prepayment fee.
How can I contact customer support?
Call or visit any branch during office hours, or send us a message from the contact page. Every message gets a reference number.
Do you approve loans instantly?
No. Every application is reviewed by a person. We will never ask you to pay a fee before your loan is approved and released.
Will you contact my phone contacts or post about my loan?
Never. We do not access your phone contacts or photos, and we never shame or threaten a borrower. See your rights on the borrower rights page.
How do I check my application?
Use the application status page with your application number, the mobile number and the birth date you gave us. For your privacy, a wrong detail gets the same answer as a missing application.
How do I get a statement of my loan?
Request one from the statement page with your loan number and the mobile number on file. We send it to the mobile number or email we already have, never to a new one.
Can I apply if I already have a loan with you?
Yes. A loan officer will look at your payment record and your remaining balance, and may offer a renewal instead of a second loan.
